Raymond Kenneth Yeates Obituary (1957 - 2020)

Raymond K. Yeates, Jr., 62, of Dayton, Oh, died peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Ray was born to Raymond K. Yeates, Sr. and Donna Castaldo, on September 3rd, 1957, in Worth, Illinois. He graduated from H.L. Richards High School in 1975 and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1985. Ray leaves as his legacy his son and his partner, Kevin and Catherine Yeates, and his dog Bella. He also leaves behind his cherished five siblings: Lynne, Gail, Craig, Rita, and JoEllyn. His family will remember him most as a kind, lovable goofball. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Donna, from which he inherited their sense of humor, strong work ethic, and love of family and friends. He was a Financial Advisor for almost 35 years and was passionate about people and helping them prepare for their future. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for March, 7, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Cross of Glory Lutheran church. The family requests that donations be made to the Cancer Research Institute
